SMCLR offers a range of gantry systems tailored to meet the specific needs of your project, depending on the load and required height. These tower systems can be used in combination with strand jacks, or they can be equipped with their own jacking or climbing mechanisms. Depending on the load and height, external bracings may be necessary. Gantry towers can be used in pairs for vessel lifts or as multi-coupled lifting units for module lifts, allowing for a versatile lifting setup.
SMCLR has extensive experience in lifting with gantry systems, including significant projects like the 12,000-ton lift of an oil rig top side and the installation of a 6,000-ton shipyard gantry at a height of 140 meters. Gantries can also be combined with skidding and transportation systems to provide comprehensive lifting solutions.
